BRIEF SUMMARY OF WORK: Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Okinawa is seeking the information for qualified sources capable of providing a Deutz D2011L04i (XED Version) replacement engine for an Ultimate Building Machine (UBM). The scope of work includes: Procurement: Delivery of one (1) new replacement engine meeting full OEM specifications. Services: Professional installation, operational testing, and system calibration at Camp Shields, Okinawa. Training: Technical operational and maintenance training for Government personnel. Logistics: Management of international shipping, 24/7 tracking, and core deposit/return processing. 2. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS): The designated NAICS code is 333618 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500 employees . 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Interested vendors are requested to provide a Capability Statement including the following: Company Information: Name, address, and primary Point of Contact (Name, Phone, Email). CAGE Code: Must be active and registered in SAM.gov. Socio-Economic Status: Indicate business size and any applicable certifications (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, SDB, or SB). Contract Vehicles: Indicate if these items/services are available via GSA/FSS. Please provide the contract number. Past Performance: Brief summary of similar projects performed for Government agencies, including agency name, POC, and contract number. Technical Capabilities: Brief description of your firm’s ability to meet the requirements (especially the 40-60 day delivery and Okinawa-based installation). 4.
